AHI = (total apneas + hypopneas) × 60 / TST minutes

Each apnea subtype / Hypopnea Index = corresponding count × 60 / TST minutes

RERA Index = RERAs × 60 / TST minutes

RDI = (total apneas + hypopneas + RERAs) × 60 / TST minutes = unrounded AHI + unrounded RERA Index
